The BTC cashier, the unit and the threshold
Bitcoin casino: the unit, the minimum and the caps on BTC at the cashier
Knowing three things before you send BTC to a cashier makes life easier: which unit the amount is written in, the least that can be sent, and which clauses come into play when you withdraw your winnings. All of it with the operators' own clause numbers.
Say Bitcoin casino and most people think of the games, yet the games are the same whichever coin you play with. What makes the difference is the cashier: which unit BTC is shown in on screen, what the smallest deposit is, after how many confirmations a send reaches the account, and which cap applies when you withdraw your winnings. This page answers those four questions with the clause numbers from the operators' terms.
What a reader typing “btc casino” into a search box really wants to know is usually this cashier side too. For the protocol's own rules we opened bitcoin.org's FAQ page on 15 September 2026; beside every operator clause we write the day it was read. You will find the whole ranking and the criteria the scores are given on in the scored list on the home page.
The unit at a Bitcoin casino cashier: BTC, mBTC and satoshi
According to bitcoin.org a bitcoin can be divided down to eight decimal places: the smallest unit is 0.00000001 BTC, and 1 BTC is 100,000,000 satoshi. At cashiers you meet three ways of writing it, cut from different points among those eight places.
- BTC. The whole unit. Rocketpot gives the minimum deposit in cl. 10.2 as 0.001 BTC.
- mBTC. A thousandth of a BTC. The minimum-amount table in Bitcasino.io's help centre writes 0.007 mBTC on the Bitcoin row, that is 0.000007 BTC (read 2 September 2026).
- Satoshi level. Wolfbet cl. 14 §9 says that where no minimum amount is shown on the deposit page it will credit deposits down to a precision of eight decimal places; where the network or the token supports a lower precision, that is taken as the measure (read 15 September 2026).
The easiest mistake for someone with two cashiers open side by side is to slip by a factor of a thousand. If you see “0.007” on screen, look at once at the abbreviation beside it: if it says mBTC, the amount to send is 0.000007 BTC, not 0.007 BTC. Keeping in mind that the same figure can be written in two different units on BTC casino screens makes comparing the wallet with the cashier easier: moving from mBTC to BTC, shift the decimal point three places to the left. A small example: 0.0025 BTC, 2.5 mBTC and 250,000 satoshi all describe the same amount.
| Casino | Score | Coins | Withdrawal cap | Link |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 3/5 | — | No period cap (cl. 8.8) | Go to the casino's page | |
| 1 | 4/5 | 12–13 on the list | Up to 1 million USDT a week (cl. 6.10) | Go to the siteThe file |
| 2 | 4/5 | 13 on the list | $5,000 a month after a big win (cl. 11.5) | Go to the siteThe file |
| 3 | 4/5 | 10 on the list | €1,000 a day · €5,000 a week · €15,000 a monthcl. 11.8 | Go to the siteThe file |
| 4 | 3/5 | — | No ceiling; paid in instalments (cl. 12.5) | Go to the siteThe file |
| 5 | 3/5 | 9 named, an open list | No ceiling; a minimum of $15 (cl. 8.1) | Go to the siteThe file |
| 11 | 1/5 | 32 on the list | $8,000 a week · $30,000 in a calendar monthcl. 15 §5 | Go to the siteThe file |
Every Go to the site button in this table opens the same address: the casino that pays for promotion on this site, not the business named in the row beside it. The file , on the other hand, goes to that business's own record; the clauses behind the scores are quoted there. The scores are counted from published terms and register entries, and that count is not for sale.
A send that falls below the minimum
The minimum deposit is the smallest amount the cashier credits to the account. Each operator writes the fate of a send below that threshold in its own words:
- Rocketpot, cl. 10.2: a deposit below 0.001 BTC is not credited to the account and is treated as lost. We reopened the clause on 15 September 2026 and the text stands unchanged.
- Bitcasino.io, cl. 5: a deposit below the minimum “shall be deemed void and shall not be refunded” (2 September 2026).
- Wolfbet, cl. 14 §9: an amount below the minimum shown on screen is not credited; the clause adds that such a send may be rejected by the chain or the provider and the money lost for good.
- Wild Fortune, cl. 10.4: the minimum deposit is €20. The BTC equivalent varies with the rate at the moment you send.
So do not send an amount that lands exactly on the minimum. If your wallet is set to take the network fee out of the amount sent, what reaches the cashier may fall below the threshold. In bitcoin.org's words, only the party that received the money can refund a confirmed bitcoin transaction; leaving a little margin heads off a mistake that cannot be undone. All the steps on the deposit screen are in the six-step deposit guide.
The network fee goes by the size of the transaction, not the amount
bitcoin.org ties the fee to the size of the transaction in bytes. Using multi-signature addresses, or spending several separate amounts received earlier in the same transaction, can come more expensive than a plain send. The amount of BTC you send does not set the fee on its own.
At the cashier that comes down to this: a deposit of 0.001 BTC and one of 0.1 BTC pay a similar fee to the chain if the shape of the transaction is similar. In the first, that fee makes up a far larger slice of the send. Sending small amounts often to a casino cashier in Bitcoin can turn into an expensive habit overall, because every send pays a fee of its own.
The fee the chain takes is only one of the deductions. The operator's own fee and the difference that arises when buying and selling the coin at an exchange are added on top; how all three work separately is on the network fee, cashier fee and spread page.
The operator writes the confirmation count
According to bitcoin.org's FAQ, a new block is added to the chain roughly every 10 minutes on average; that is the protocol's own target, not a cashier's promise. A transaction gets its first confirmation when it goes into a block, and every block that follows adds one to the counter.
How many confirmations the cashier waits for is for the operator to set, and the numbers do not agree:
- Rocketpot, cl. 10.5: the amount deposited becomes usable in the account after a single block confirmation (reread 15 September 2026).
- Bitcasino.io, cl. 6.1: three confirmations are required before a withdrawal request can be opened on a deposit (2 September 2026).
- Wolfbet, FAQ: writes that it tries to credit a deposit the moment it is broadcast to the network and waits for no confirmation on the chain (15 September 2026).
When you put money into a casino account in Bitcoin, that number decides when the balance becomes usable. bitcoin.org gives its own measure as a figure too: six confirmations is cited as a commonly used level of assurance. How the confirmation count separates the balance from the right to withdraw is shown side by side on the four operators' confirmation counts page.
Identity and document rules specific to BTC
On the identity side, too, BTC has lines of its own:
- Wild Fortune, cl. 2.7: requires a valid identity document before playing with BTC; depositing and betting with BTC stay closed until verification is complete (2 September 2026). The registration field on the list shows this as well: email, identity before playing with BTC.
- Rocketpot, cl. 11.4: reserves the right to verify identity on withdrawals above 0.05 BTC or the equivalent of $2,500. Clause 12.4 of the same terms writes $2,000 for the same purpose; the two figures stand side by side in the same document.
- Bitcasino.io, cl. 6.6: the document threshold is €2,500 or the crypto equivalent. Because the threshold is written in euro, for someone playing with BTC its equivalent moves with the rate.
The full breakdown of the thresholds, the document deadlines and the moment verification starts is on the identity documents and thresholds page.
The withdrawal caps are written in dollars and euro
Not one of the withdrawal caps on the list is written in BTC; they are all in dollars, euro or USDT:
- Rocketpot, cl. 11.5: on winnings of $5,000 and above, at most $5,000 a month is paid until the amount is complete (reread 15 September 2026).
- Wolfbet, cl. 15 §5: $8,000 a week, $30,000 in a calendar month. The same operator writes the daily winnings ceiling as $100,000 in cl. 14 §7 and the ceiling on a single deposit as the equivalent of $50,000 in cl. 14 §6.
- Wild Fortune, cl. 11.8: €1,000 a day, €5,000 a week, €15,000 a month; progressive jackpot wins fall outside that cap.
- Bitcasino.io, cl. 6.10: up to 1 million USDT a week on large requests.
While the cap is fixed in dollars, its BTC equivalent moves with the rate. For someone playing a casino with Bitcoin, that means the same weekly cap corresponds to a different amount of BTC in different weeks. All the period caps and instalment clauses are on the withdrawal caps and instalments page; the rate side of holding the balance in coin is under the rate while playing in coin.
Withdrawing winnings as BTC
On the withdrawal side the points to watch on a deposit apply in reverse. This time you supply the address and the cashier sends; if the address is wrong, the amount goes to that address's owner. bitcoin.org's FAQ reminds us that a refund in that case can only come from the person who received the money, so do not type the withdrawal address by hand either.
A few clauses you may meet on the withdrawal screen:
- Wolfbet, cl. 15 §1: email verification and two-step login are required before a withdrawal (2 September 2026). That is not an identity review but an account-security step; switching it on in advance makes things easier.
- Wolfbet, cl. 14 §5: the minimum withdrawal is the equivalent of $0.01 at the rate at the moment the request is made (reread 15 September 2026). The same operator's FAQ gives higher figures per coin; the two texts do not agree.
- Bitcasino.io, cl. 6.1: no withdrawal request can be opened on a deposit until it has reached three confirmations.
If the cashier asks you to choose a network on the withdrawal, make sure your receiving wallet supports that network. Where a withdrawal goes to an exchange account, that exchange decides by its own rule after how many confirmations it credits the incoming BTC.
Where Bitcoin casino sites put BTC on the coin list
All five operators that count their accepted coins in their own text have BTC. Wolfbet's list in the FAQ runs to 32 items, Rocketpot's in cl. 7.1 and 10.1 to 13, Bitcasino.io's help centre counts 12 to 13 and Wild Fortune's payments page 10; Rainbet names nine and leaves the list open. The remaining fields stand at «—» in the table.
The length of the list does not enter the score and tells you nothing on its own. What to look at when deciding among Bitcoin casino sites is at which minimum, after how many confirmations and under which withdrawal cap BTC is accepted. The rule about depositing and withdrawing in the same coin matters too: Rocketpot cl. 11.1 ties a withdrawal to the coin deposited and to the same wallet (2 September 2026).
How many times the amount deposited has to be wagered before a withdrawal bears directly on BTC as well. Rocketpot cl. 11.2 asks for three times, and Bitcasino.io cl. 6.4 reserves the right to one round of wagering. For anyone thinking of playing with a stablecoin, how the thresholds change is on the USDT thresholds and choosing the network page.
Seven checks before you send BTC
Before making a first send to a BTC casino cashier, ask these seven questions in order:
- The unit. Is the amount on screen in BTC or in mBTC?
- The minimum. Does the amount reaching the cashier stay above the minimum once the network fee is deducted?
- The address. Copy and paste it rather than typing it by hand, and compare the first and last characters.
- The network. If the cashier shows more than one network option for BTC, is it the same as your wallet's selection?
- The confirmation. How many confirmations does the operator write; when the balance appears, has the right to withdraw arisen too?
- Wagering. How many times does the deposit have to be wagered before a withdrawal?
- The cap. On a large win, is there an instalment or weekly-ceiling clause?
Bitcoin casino sites write the answers to those seven questions in different places: some in the terms, some in the help centre, some only on the cashier screen. For short definitions of the terms you can look at the cashier glossary.
