A short answer, the right page
Crypto casino frequently asked questions: short answers from deposit to withdrawal
The subjects asked about most, from registration to the conversion into lira, in seven sections. Every answer is kept short and points to the page that sets the subject out with clause numbers.
On this page the crypto casino frequently asked questions are gathered under seven headings: registration, deposits, withdrawals, identity verification, licences, lira and responsible play. The answers come from the operators' own terms and from register records; every piece of information that has a clause number is written together with that clause.
The terms were opened on the operators' own sites between 24 August and 12 September 2026; the register searches were run between 8 and 13 September 2026. The detail of an answer is always on the page linked.
Crypto casino FAQ: registration and the account
What information is asked for at registration?
Most operators are content with little information at the start. Rainbet asks only for an email address; Metaspins asks for an email address and a password, and Vave for a nickname, an email address and a password. At Wild Fortune registration opens with an email address; those who will play with BTC, though, show identity before play even begins, under cl. 2.7. A short registration form does not mean a demand for documents will never come; that subject sits in another clause of the terms. Each operator's registration fields stand side by side in the files of twelve operators.
What is the age limit?
The terms of the operators in the ranking do not open accounts for anyone under 18. The rule is put as a tick box at registration, but when documents are asked for the date of birth is also checked against a passport or an identity card. The balance of an account whose age does not check out is handled according to the operator's own rules. Opening the account in your own name and with your own details is the precondition for every document step that may follow.
Why are email verification and two-step login asked for?
These are account-security steps, not the same thing as a demand for identity documents. At Wolfbet the preconditions for a first withdrawal are a confirmed email address and login with a code from a phone (cl. 15 §1). Bitcasino.io also requires the email address to be verified before a withdrawal. Two-step login makes getting into the account harder even if your password falls into someone else's hands; setting up the code application on a phone takes a few steps and is done once.
Which details should I keep current on my account?
Your name, date of birth and address should be exactly the same as on the documents you will show later. When documents are asked for, operators compare those fields with a passport or a proof of address; even a difference of one letter can raise a further question. If you used an abbreviation or a nickname at registration, correcting the profile details before the first deposit is the easiest course.
Deposits
Which coin makes sense to deposit in?
A coin you already hold with a low network fee usually reaches the cashier with the least taken off it. Coin lists vary from operator to operator: Wolfbet counts 32 coins on its FAQ page, Rocketpot 13 in cl. 7.1 and 10.1, and Wild Fortune 10 on its payments page. On the cashier's deposit screen, the choice of network and the minimum amount come after you select the coin. All the steps are set out in the deposit guide.
What happens if I send over the wrong network?
A send written to the chain cannot be undone. Rainbet cl. 7.9 writes plainly that a deposit arriving from an unsupported network can be lost. Because USDT travels as both TRC20 and ERC20, the confusion arises most with that coin. Before you send, compare the network name the cashier shows with the network name in your wallet. The differences between the networks and their fees are written on the networks and fees page.
What if I deposit below the minimum?
That depends on the rule written in the operator's terms, and the outcome is mostly unfavourable. At Rocketpot the floor is 0.001 BTC; sends smaller than that are treated as lost under cl. 10.2. Bitcasino.io cl. 5 writes that deposits below the minimum are treated as void and are not refunded. Wolfbet cl. 14 §9 likewise does not credit an amount below the minimum. Take into account that the network fee will come on top of the amount you send.
After how many confirmations does a deposit reach the balance?
Each operator sets the confirmation count itself. Rocketpot writes one confirmation in cl. 10.5; Bitcasino.io cl. 6.1, by contrast, requires three confirmations before a withdrawal request. A confirmation is a number, not a length of time: reaching the same number can take different times depending on how busy the network is. The numbers the operators write are gathered on the block confirmations page.
Withdrawals
What does a withdrawal depend on?
Look at four things: the period cap, the wagering requirement on the deposit, the demand for documents and the minimum withdrawal. The caps differ widely by operator: Wild Fortune cl. 11.8 writes €1,000 a day and Thunderpick cl. 6.12 €100,000 a week. Vave cl. 8.11 requires the amount deposited to be used in play three times on casino and once on sport before a withdrawal. All the clauses are gathered in the withdrawal guide.
Is a large win paid in one go?
Not always. Under Rocketpot cl. 11.5 a win of $5,000 and above is settled in slices of at most $5,000 a month. Metaspins cl. 12.5 speaks of a monthly instalment where the payment method has a limit. Vave cl. 8.8 sets no period cap but writes that a win of 50,000 USDT and above may, in exceptional cases, be paid in equal parts. At Bitcasino.io the weekly ceiling for a large request is 1 million USDT (cl. 6.10).
Can I withdraw the money I deposited without playing it?
Many sets of terms attach a condition to that. Vave cl. 8.11 requires three rounds of wagering for casino and one for sport. Shuffle.com cl. 10.2 asks for one round of wagering but does not apply that requirement where the crypto goes back to the same wallet over the same network. At Rainbet, meanwhile, no operator fee is taken from a withdrawal made after the deposit has been wagered (cl. 8.2). Reading those clauses before you deposit is the shortest way to avoid a surprise later.
What is the minimum withdrawal?
Rainbet cl. 8.1 asks for at least $15 per withdrawal. At Wolfbet two texts do not agree: the FAQ page writes 15 USDT for USDT while cl. 14 §5 of the terms says $0.01. With a contradiction like that it helps to note the figure the cashier screen shows at the moment of the request and to keep a screenshot. A balance below the minimum usually appears greyed out on the request screen.
Identity verification
When are documents asked for?
The terms write three different moments. Vave cl. 8.7, Rocketpot cl. 11.4 and Rainbet cl. 20.1 ask for documents at the withdrawal request. Bitcasino.io, Wild Fortune, Metaspins, Shuffle.com and Bitsler tie it to an event: an amount, a volume of play or playing with BTC. Thunderpick cl. 21.1 and Wolfbet cl. 5 §1 do not write the moment at all. The detail stands in the identity verification guide.
Is there a casino that asks for no documents?
All nine operators in the ranking whose terms carry an identity clause reserve the right to ask for documents. The difference lies in at which moment and at which amount that right is used. In both real tests no document was asked for at the outset: at Vave up to total withdrawals of roughly 5,000 USDT on 28 August 2026, and at TrustDice up to total withdrawals of roughly $5,000 in May 2026. Those are the observations of a single account and should not be read as a rule.
How long do I have to send the documents?
The terms give the deadline, and the range is wide. The shortest is at Rainbet: cl. 20.1 opens a window of 72 hours for delivery. Vave cl. 8.7 gives 14 days, and Wild Fortune cl. 8.4 and 9.3 two weeks. Rocketpot cl. 12.2 writes 30 calendar days and Metaspins cl. 9.10 30 days. The same clauses also say what happens if the deadline passes: the outcomes counted run from the account being locked to the balance being seized.
What should I watch on video verification?
In the TrustDice test, on the verification that came through a Veriff link, a driving licence was refused and a passport went through on the fifth attempt. Three practical suggestions come out of that experience: choose a passport over a driving licence, take the photograph in even light with no reflection, and let your selfie resemble the photo on the document. Glasses, a hat or strong backlighting are among the main things that make the match harder.
Crypto casino FAQ: the licence and security
How do I check a licence number?
Take the number from the operator's footer or its terms and search for it in the register of the issuing authority; Curaçao's register is at cert.cga.cw and Anjouan's at anjouangaming.com. Look at three things in the register: the status, the name of the holding company and the domain registered to the certificate. On Vave's certificate, on 12 September 2026, only vavegame.com appeared. The step-by-step account is on the licence check page.
What does seeing “invalid” in the register mean?
It means the authority's portal shows no active certificate for the number entered. Rocketpot writes the number 1668/JAZ in cl. 1.2 of its terms; the Curaçao portal returned “invalid” for the certificate in two separate searches, on 12 September and the next day, 13 September 2026. That is why Rocketpot took no point on the register criterion. What the portal shows is tied to a date; you can repeat the search yourself before a significant deposit.
What if an operator shows two different licences?
Put the two pieces of information side by side and prefer neither. Metaspins's terms give the Anjouan number ALSI-202606048-FI2. In the search of 12 September 2026, meanwhile, Curaçao's register showed OGL/2024/1063/0437 as active in the name of Metaspins N.V. At Wild.io the certificate gives the name Nonce Gaming B.V. and the terms Stack Gaming Ltd. Should a complaint be needed, the party you are dealing with is the company named in the terms; noting that is useful.
What does provably fair prove?
That a single game round was calculated from data fixed before the round began, and was not altered afterwards. It does not prove the house edge, whether a payment will be made, the state of your account or the results of third-party slots. Verification needs the hash of the server seed, the client seed and the nonce. The steps are shown on the provably fair page.
Where is the information on the Turkish texts?
The texts on crypto assets in payments, on sports betting and on crypto-asset service providers stand on a single page of this site, with their numbers and dates of publication: the legislation page. That page makes no assessment; it reports whom each text is directed at.
Lira and records
How do I convert the coin into lira?
The general route has three links: from the cashier to your own wallet or straight to your exchange account, a sale on a TRY pair at the exchange, and then a transfer from the exchange to your bank account. The exchange account requires its own identity check. When sending to the exchange, copy the network and the memo field, where there is one, from the exchange's deposit screen. The difference between the spread and the commission is set out in the converting to lira guide.
Where is the tax side of winnings set out?
The game result and the coin's rate difference are two separate questions, and what the official sources write is gathered, with the address and the date read, on that subject's own page. For your own figures you need to go to an accountant. Going to that meeting with the records below makes the conversation concrete.
Which records should I keep?
What to keep: the transaction IDs of your sends, a list of addresses showing which wallet is yours, the record of purchases and sales at the exchange, dated screenshots of the deposit and withdrawal screen at the cashier, and the receipts for transfers reaching the bank. If the account closes you lose access to the cashier screen too, so taking the screenshots on the day of the transaction is the easiest course. The dates and amounts in the records should agree with one another; where they do not, the difference is usually the network fee, the commission or the spread.
Responsible play
How can I set myself a limit?
Decide on a budget and a length of time before you start playing, and put both in writing. Send the cashier only what you are prepared to lose; keeping the rest of your coin in another wallet makes spur-of-the-moment decisions harder. Some operators offer a deposit limit or a break option in the account settings; where they do, setting it before the first deposit is the most effective course.
Should I keep playing to win a loss back?
No. Chasing a loss is one of the commonest warning signs. Every round is independent of the one before; a run of losses does not change the chance of winning the next round. When the budget you set runs out, close the session and do not go back to the cashier until the next day. Simple as that rule looks, it is the one that helps most when it is actually followed.
Where can I get support?
The Yeşilay Counselling Centre (YEDAM) gives free counselling for difficulties with gambling and betting; the helpline is 115 and the address is yedam.org.tr. You do not have to wait for a crisis to call; the moment you feel the time or the spending is getting out of hand is reason enough. You can get information on the same line for someone close to you too.
